Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU- Manage and care for patients with acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, and other cardiovascular conditions.
- Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and post-procedural care.
- Titrate medications such as Argatroban, Digoxin, and Insulin.
- Collaborate with CNAs, phlebotomists, and respiratory therapists for patient care.
- Monitor and verify telemetry strips once per shift.
Requirements of the RN - PCU- Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiology
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation and titrating medications
