Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 Staff RNNight Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 Staff RN Type of equipment: Lift equipment, Targeted Temperature Management (TTM), ventilators, IV pumps, etc. Documentation system: Cerner Scheduling requirements: 12 hr shifts, every other weekend requirement, holiday support. On Call Requirements: No Floating policy: Yes, travelers will be required to float Patient Experience requirements: Bed side shift report is mandatory in all areas of the hospital, relief charge nurse will be expected to perform nurse leader rounding Hiring profileRequested Skill Set: Must have: Medical ICU experience in large facility, comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management. Must be a critical thinker, flexible and works well with others. Advanced skills needed: ventilator management, critical care pharmacology (IV sedation, paralytics, vasopressors, etc), advanced hemodynamic monitoring, central line management.
