Shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend required
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Hermitage, TN. This role involves working in a dynamic hospital environment, utilizing advanced medical equipment and participating in a care-like-family culture.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel- Manage patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:5 on days, 1:5 to 1:6 on nights
- Operate and monitor bipaps, high flow oxygen, vapotherm, alaris pumps, and various drips
- Perform procedures like peritoneal dialysis, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and chest tube insertions
- Troubleshoot wound vacs and perform central line dressing changes
- Float between PCU units and possibly to med-surg floors as needed
Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking skills with EKG rhythm interpretation and drip experience
- Experience with peritoneal dialysis and multiple oxygen delivery systems
- Advanced skills in post-cardiac cath care and use of NG/dobhoff tubes
