- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 10 bedside nurses, 4 Patient Care Technicians, 1 Unit Secretary
- Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 10 bedside nurses, 3 Patient Care Technicians
Patient Ratios: 1:4; stretch staffing at 1:5 ratio
Type of Patients: Patients with congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, chest pain, arrhythmias, pulmonary hypertension, valvular disease, endocarditis, diabetic ketoacidosis, post-cardiac catheterization/stenting, post-pacer/ICD/ablation.
Type of Equipment: Zoll, Baxter pump, lift equipment, bladder scanner; EMR - Cerner
