# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit – Colorado**Start Date:** October 12, 2026 **Location:** Aurora, Colorado **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Float pool coverage across inpatient unitsHighlights:

• Progressive Care Unit in a 3-time Magnet-designated facility with 345 beds
• 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio on both day and night shifts
• Large cardiac patient population with varied medical conditions, both acute and chronic
• EMR system: Meditech
• Floating to all inpatient Medical/Telemetry and Rehabilitation units

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
• Active RN license in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• Chemotherapy certification preferred (enables scheduling on Oncology unit)
