Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $2,020 per week in Brookfield, WI

Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Step Down Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - At least 2 years of Med-Surg or Intermediate Care Unit experience. - Must be adaptable and able to care for a wide variety of patients, including stroke, cardiac (preferably cardiac drips), post-operative patients (ortho, GU, GYN, general surgery, etc.), and general medical. - EPIC and travel experience preferred. - May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if necessary. Description: This position requires a dedicated RN to provide care in a step-down setting. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in assessing and managing a diverse patient population. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience with various medical conditions and post-operative recovery protocols.
