Job Title: IMC/ICU Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required, including at least 1 travel assignment and ICU experience.
License: Must possess a valid nursing license.
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required.
Must-Have:
Candidate must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms.
Every other weekend is required.
6 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) in a six-week period.
Description:
The Registered Nurse will work in both IMC and ICU units.
Floating to Med Surge and Emergency Department areas may be required as needed.
Candidates must have experience in managing and caring for patients with a variety of conditions, including cardiac, neuro, respiratory, and GI/GU issues.
Experience with specialized equipment, including ventilators, non-titratable IV drips, and high flow nasal cannula, is necessary.
Candidates will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, and performing necessary interventions in critical care settings.
The nursing role will involve collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, providing support to patients and their families, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
