Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a local assignment in Barberton, Ohio. This position offers a competitive weekly rate of $2,050 based on a 3x12s Night shift schedule. Key Responsibilities of the PCU RN:

Provide care to patients with moderate to high acuity needs in a step-down setting
Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and clinical status closely
Administer medications and manage IV therapies, including titratable drips
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and recovery
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Requirements of the PCU RN:

Active Ohio RN license
BLS and ACLS required
Minimum 2 years of recent PCU or step-down experience
Strong critical thinking and cardiac monitoring skills
