This role involves working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting patients undergoing cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Stepdown and Telemetry care, contributing to a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Cardiovascular Progressive Care

Manage epidurals and chest tubes effectively
Administer tube feedings and utilize IV glucommander
Handle cardiac gtt management, including phenylephrine, dobutamine, dopamine, milrinone, cardizem, amiodarone, insulin, heparin, nitroglycerin, and ketamine

Requirements of the Travel RN - Cardiovascular Progressive Care

Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Stepdown and Telemetry experience is mandatory
Prior experience with cardiovascular and vascular surgery patients within a year is preferred
