Must-Have Skills/Experience:
Must have experience with post-CV surgeries.
Experience with titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Esmolol).
Experience with Bipaps and utilizing Airvos.
Ability to recognize a deteriorating patient.
Description:
We are seeking a skilled registered nurse for a step-down unit.
This position requires working night shifts.
You will be responsible for managing patients after cardiovascular surgeries.
You will administer and titrate cardiac medications as needed.
Experience with advanced respiratory support devices is essential.
You will need to recognize and respond appropriately to any changes in patient conditions.
Candidates must be comfortable with rapid turnaround and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
