Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Intermediate Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 0700-1930 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience required License: Active RN State License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Stroke Certification, CPI Must-Have: - Drug Screen - Annual Evaluation - Background Check - COVID-19 Vaccine - Flu Vaccine - Tdap - Varicella - MMR - Hepatitis B - Complete Employee Medical History Form - TB Testing - Complete Job Description Agreement - Signed Offer Letter - Application and Resume Submission - OIG, SAM/GSA Check - Reference Check Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Intermediate Care Unit. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to assess and manage patients with complex medical conditions. The role requires effective communication and collaboration within the healthcare team. Nurses will administer medications and treatments as prescribed and educate patients and families about health conditions.
