Job Title: Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Progressive Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Minimum 2 years nursing experience, strong IMC nursing, previous travel assignments License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Vent experience, dysrhythmia management, EPIC, IMC experience Description: The position requires experience in a progressive care unit, focusing on cardiac and pulmonary patients. Candidate must have experience with high acuity patients and managing ventilated patients. Strong IMC nursing experience is essential. The role involves a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4 in the PCU and 1:3 in the IMC. Every other weekend and holidays may be required. The nurse will float as needed between progressive care, IMC, and medical-surgical units.
