Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous experience required License: State license required Certifications: BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) NIHSS Must-Have: - Completed at least 1 travel contract (preferred) - Not an employee in the last 12 months - Driver’s License required - Work history/resume required - Skills checklist (must have been completed within the last year) - License verification required - Copy of required certifications - One supervisory reference required at time of submission Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across different campuses. Orientation is provided as needed. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. This position involves working with critically ill patients who require continuous monitoring and specialized care. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced environments and the ability to respond quickly to changing patient conditions. Maintaining a patient-centered approach is essential for success in this role. The position also requires adherence to all safety and quality standards in healthcare practices. Candidates should be prepared for on-call responsibilities as part of their role.
