Description:
The role involves caring for cardiac patients, including those who have undergone open-heart surgeries, TAVR procedures, and other cardiac interventions.
The unit accommodates patients needing advanced medical care, including new bipap users, DKA management, CIWA assessments, and patients requiring titrating drips.
You will be responsible for managing a patient pod of 8 individuals in an Intermediate Care setting.
Weekend rotation and holiday shifts are required, with a schedule of every third weekend.
