You will care for patients whose conditions are more complex than those on a medical-surgical floor but not critical enough for intensive care. The facility offers advanced technology and a collaborative, patient-centered culture, supporting recovery from cardiac events, respiratory failure, and post-surgical complications. Required qualifications include an active registered nurse (RN) license, recent progressive care or step-down experience, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
