Start Date: October 5, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 hours per week, rotating day/night shifts every 4 weeks (same shift for 4 consecutive weeks, then rotate to opposite shift). Every other weekend required (Friday & Saturday).

32 hours of orientation provided
44-bed unit with daily census of approximately 34 patients
Float opportunities within the hospital system to expand clinical experience
Requirements:
Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience in specialty area
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Previous telemetry and cardiac monitoring experience mandatory
Strong dysrhythmia interpretation skills
Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips
Proficiency in isolation precautions, IV management, and peripheral line care
Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
2 professional references required (at least 1 from manager/director or formal leadership)
Willingness to float to different units within the organization as needed
Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
