Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, float pool assignment. Weekend shifts assigned according to unit staffing needs. 3:1 patient ratio.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in progressive care or step-down setting
• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in IV starts and cardiac telemetry monitoring
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Skills in managing vasoactive and cardiac drips, central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes, blood product administration, and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
