Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $2,254 per week in Kalamazoo, MI

Shifts are 3x12 during the night. Call requirements are not applicable. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Holiday work is required every other holiday. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4. Previous charge experience is preferred. First-time travelers are accepted. Required certifications must be obtained prior to starting. Charting experience in Cerner is required. Candidates need to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals if needed. The unit has a focus on adult and geriatric care. Daily patient census averages around 18. Interdisciplinary support includes various therapeutic and support services. Patient diagnoses include pneumonia, sepsis, chronic heart failure, and post-surgical conditions. Travelers should be aware of the importance of professional conduct. Unprofessional behavior may result in contract termination.
