Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Registered Nurse – New Hampshire

Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 4:1 patient ratio; every other weekend required; no on-call

• Progressive Care Neuro Trauma unit with 23 beds in a regional hospital setting
• Advanced equipment including bedside monitors, end tidal O2 monitoring, high flow oxygen, chronic vents, and subdural drains
• EMR: Meditech
• Typical procedures include chest tubes and EEGs
• Collaborative team environment with consistent staffing model (6-7 RNs, 2 aides per shift)
• Opportunity to float to all inpatient units including ICU and ED for varied experience

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Telemetry and Step-down experience required
• NIHSS and TNCC certifications preferred
• Neuro and trauma experience preferred
