Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel- Administer cardiac drips and monitor telemetry
- Provide care for stroke and neurology patients
- Utilize advanced equipment such as Welch Allyn VS Machines and telemetry
- Collaborate with unit secretaries and techs to ensure optimal patient care
- Adhere to unit guidelines and continually demonstrate competency across floated areas
Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel- NIHSS certification
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience with stroke care and basic dysrhythmia
- Proficiency in cardiac drips and telemetry
