Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $2,298 per week in Englewood, CO

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Colorado

Start Date: July 9, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Patient ratio 1:4 with charge nurse free of patient assignment. 20-bed multi-trauma unit with team-based approach including charge nurse, 5 staff nurses, and dedicated tech support.

Highlights:

• Level 1 trauma center specializing in highly complex and acute multi-trauma patients
• Exposure to advanced procedures including chest tube management, bedside bronchoscopy, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management
• Work with specialty equipment including vents, feeding pumps, IV pumps, wound vacs, specialty beds, and chest tube systems
• EMR system: Meditech / CPN
• Strong nursing team with supportive charge nurses, excellent tech support, and collaborative physician relationships
• Travel assignment offering professional growth in a challenging, fast-paced trauma environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PCU experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• Active RN license in good standing
• Prior Meditech experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing trauma patients, chest tubes, trachs, and ventilators preferred
