Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $2,321 per week in Tucson, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 24 months in Progressive Care Unit (recent experience within the last 12 months) License: Active license to practice, verified within the last 30 days Certifications: BLS and ACLS, from approved vendors Must-Have: Life support certifications must be from approved vendors. No hits on state license to practice. Candidate must provide a driver's license to verify residency. Travel experience is highly preferred. Description: Level I Trauma and large hospital experience is required. The Resource Float Pool is a diversely skilled team that floats throughout multiple campuses to provide support where necessary. The facility has various Adult Health units with patients that range from Observation to Medical Surgical to Progressive Care and Intermediate Care. Registered Nurses may be floated to any of these units during their contract. Occasionally, they may be floated to the Emergency Department or Post Anesthesia Care Unit to take Adult Health patients with inpatient orders who are waiting on a bed in a unit. The facility has several Adult Health units across its campuses. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed seven days, and no time off is allowed during the first week of the assignment. Candidates should clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will expedite the offer process. All candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. It is important to adhere to all background check standards as required. A completed skills checklist for Progressive Care Unit must be submitted and verified within the last 12 months. Candidate must possess active life support certifications that comply with the established standards.
