Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $2,332 per week in Milwaukee, WI

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Trauma/Acute Care Surgery Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 1st 12 hour days, float as needed, up to every other weekend Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Two (2) years of nursing experience License: Current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent Must-Have: Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment; Experience with CADD pumps (epidural and nerve block pumps) Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. Essential functions are adapted from the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice. The position requires clinical competence and experience in the care and management of patients specific to the area of employment. Experience with CADD pumps, including epidural and nerve block pumps, is required. The role involves providing care in a progressive care setting related to trauma and trauma surgery.
