License: Active state license to practice
Certifications: Active ACLS certification, Active BLS certification, chemotherapy certification/oncology training and experience
Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice, driver's license to verify residency
Description:
Candidates must be experienced and willing to work in General Progressive Care.
Candidates must have chemotherapy certification and oncology training and experience.
Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the offer process.
Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later.
Requests for time off must be included in the application and cannot exceed seven days.
No requests for time off are allowed during the first week of the assignment.
Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in.
