Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $2,380 per week in Rock Island, IL

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of previous stepdown experience required; at least 1 travel contract completed preferred License: State license in Iowa and Illinois required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, drains, central lines experience required - Experience with medication titration: Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, Argatroban required - Profile should include driver's license, work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year of submission), license verification, and one supervisory reference Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The position requires the ability to handle various medical procedures and medications with expertise. Working weekends is required every other week. The position involves a commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork. Candidates must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. Local candidates may be considered under specific conditions.
