Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN PCU
Monitor and manage dysrhythmia recognition and critical drips
Deliver patient care with a 4:1 ratio in a 20-bed unit
Collaborate effectively with a team of RNs and LNAs
Adapt to floating assignments between Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department as needed
Requirements of the Travel RN PCU
Active Compact License
ACLS and BLS certifications
2 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically in PCU
