About the Position

• Provide safe, quality care in an adaptive acuity unit (ratios 1:5; may provide PCU-level care 3:1)
• Manage complex patients requiring drips and higher-level monitoring
• Function as charge RN when assigned
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to inpatient units within scope of practice as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient education

Requirements

• 2+ years recent Med Surg/Tele experience (required)
• Charge RN experience (must be on profile)
• PCU & drip experience required; ICU experience preferred
• Prior travel experience (min. 3 months, non-negotiable)
• VT or Compact RN license + ACLS & BLS (AHA)
• Must have own vehicle; perm address included in profile
• Holiday RTO not accepted
