The unit typically manages a patient ratio of 4 to 6 patients per nurse. Standard nursing equipment is utilized on the unit. The electronic medical record system used is EPIC. Candidates should be team players who prioritize positive patient outcomes. Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. The dress code requires black scrubs with no unacceptable attire. Essential responsibilities include providing care to medical and telemetry adult patients. Weekend shifts may be required as needed.
