Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Travel assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Plattsburgh, NY. This role involves working in an acute inpatient environment with a focus on telemetry and patient care management.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Manage care of patients with conditions such as Acute Coronary Syndrome, post-PTCA/stent, and ETOH withdrawal requiring advanced monitoring.
• Administer and monitor cardiac and insulin drips, and participate in post-cardiac cath care.
• Initiate and monitor telemetry and perform EKGs.
• Participate in the Resource Float team, providing support to various units as needed.

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of tele experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC documentation system within the past 2 years
• NIHSS required prior to start
