Job Opportunity – Intermediate Medical Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse – Georgia

Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 48 hours per week, 16–10 bed unit with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
Highlights:
Work in a dynamic IMCU environment treating a diverse patient population including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, and respiratory failure
Manage patients with complex conditions such as COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 diabetes, substance abuse, and encephalopathy
Gain experience with critical infusion therapies including heparin drips
Collaborative team environment with manageable patient ratios to ensure quality care delivery
Contract assignment with immediate start availability
Requirements:
Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
Intermediate or step-down unit experience strongly preferred
