Pay Rate: $1576.00 - $1657.00
Travel FSD Psychiatric - Adult jobs in Springdale, AR let you deliver inpatient care to adults and young adults with mental health needs in a hospital psychiatric unit. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment using approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, group therapy, and individual psychotherapy. Experience with electronic medical record systems is important.
To qualify, you need an active Arkansas registered nurse license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and recent psychiatric nursing experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Recommended skills include strong communication, crisis intervention, teamwork, and familiarity with trauma-informed care.
