- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** Every Other/As Needed
- **Float Requirements:** Serves all 3 units; child, adult, geriatric
**Unit Information:**
- **Number of Beds:** 72
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:10
- **Equipment Available:** Vitals machine, EKG, Bladder scanner, metal detector, AED
- **EHR System:** Cerner
- **Supervision:** Covers child, adult, and geriatric patients
**Qualifications:**
- **Required Certifications:**
- BLS
- HWC
- MANDT
- TOVA-certified de-escalation/physical hold training
- **Years of Experience:** 2+
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:** Previous Psych/BH experience
- **Common Diagnoses/Treatments:** MDD, Bipolar, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, etc.
- **Personality Fit:** Team oriented, flexible, patient-centered, self-aware, kind
