You must have an active Kentucky or compact RN license and recent experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required. Experience with electronic medical record systems is recommended. Skills in crisis intervention, therapeutic communication, and teamwork are important
