Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse to work in an Adolescent Behavioral Health unit. The ideal candidate will have strong Behavioral Health nursing experience and be comfortable caring for adolescent patients in a psychiatric setting.

The unit provides a calm and structured environment focused on patient safety, assessment, medication administration, and therapeutic care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adolescent behavioral health patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
• Maintain professional boundaries and follow nursing standards
• Promote a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with behavioral health staff and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner
