The nurse will document thoroughly as care is delivered, following regulatory and hospital requirements. Participation in the responsible management of healthcare resources is essential. The nurse will assume responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development for themselves and others. Practicing in a clinical environment through the application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills is expected. The ability to work varied shifts and/or days, including weekends and holidays, is required. The position involves managing patient care with a patient ratio of 1:7.
