This position requires travel experience. Candidates should have experience in behavioral health, particularly with children and adolescents. Skills required include crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, behavior management, and medication administration. Experience with various mental health disorders, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and psychotic disorders is essential. The role entails managing self-injurious behavior and understanding severe intellectual disabilities and substance use disorders. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to handle emergencies and be familiar with seclusion protocols and procedures.
