Seeking an accomplished Nursing Director to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical direction for nursing services and assigned departments. This executive nursing leader will be responsible for nursing operations, quality outcomes, staffing, budget management, regulatory compliance, and staff development while fostering a culture of excellence in patient care and customer satisfaction.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $118,000 - $170,000 annually

REQUIREMENTS Education
- Master's Degree required in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- One of the candidate's degrees must be in Nursing
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical and/or progressive healthcare management experience
- Demonstrated nursing leadership experience required
- Experience managing operations, staffing, budgets, and quality initiatives preferred
Licensure & Certification
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
- Current RN Licensure in the applicable state
- Specialty certification preferred upon hire
- Certification required within one year of hire
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Operations
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing services and assigned departments
- Direct clinical practice, operational performance, quality initiatives, and personnel management
- Support organizational goals through effective leadership and continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Staff Development
- Lead recruitment, retention, and workforce development initiatives
- Support professional growth and career advancement opportunities for nursing staff
- Promote nursing excellence through education, mentorship, and leadership development
Financial Management
- Develop and manage departmental operating budgets
- Monitor financial performance and resource utilization
- Ensure staffing and operational efficiency while maintaining quality patient care
Quality & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies
- Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Monitor patient care outcomes and implement improvement strategies
- Support compliance with ethical, legal, and professional nursing standards
Strategic Planning
- Participate in organizational strategic planning and operational initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership teams to improve patient care delivery and service excellence
- Identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness, productivity, and customer satisfaction
