THE ROLE Our client, a healthcare organization in Lake Havasu City, AZ, is seeking a Director of Surgical Services (RN) to lead the Surgical Services department in a full-time, permanent, direct-hire capacity. The role requires in-person reporting to a single location, with no remote work option available. Travel is not required for this position.
REQUIREMENTS Must-Have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Arizona RN License
- 5+ years of Surgical Nursing experience
- 1+ years of Leadership experience in a Surgical setting
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Master's Degree in Nursing (or relevant field)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR)
