Shifts: 3 12-hour shifts, 1 12-hour floating shift

This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, focusing on children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Psych - Travel- Effective de-escalation and communication with patients and families
- Managing multiple escalated patients and physical holds simultaneously
- Providing full support for activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Administering IM injections and utilizing verbal de-escalation techniques
- Proactively recognizing and addressing increasing patient agitation
Requirements of the RN - Psych - Travel- BLS and CPI certifications (obtain CPI on-site)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience with children/adolescents
- Previous travel assignment experience required
