**Exciting Opportunity for Psych/Detox Registered Nurse - Nights!** **Job Description:** - Be a vital part of a dynamic patient care team on the Adult Chemical Dependency Unit! - Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas. - Conduct thorough admission interviews and systematic physical assessments. - Assess the needs for services of other health care professionals to enhance patient care delivery. - Develop, implement, and revise tailored patient care plans. - Document patient conditions, care provided, and responses effectively. - Provide patient education and facilitate engaging group sessions. - Care for patients ages 15 and older with a range of physiological dependencies and associated psychiatric diagnoses. - Experience a variety of cases including dependency to alcohol, opiates, and other drugs, as well as psychiatric conditions like depression and bipolar disorder. - Operate within a supportive, 24/7 unit environment that emphasizes teamwork and compassion. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 3 years of behavioral health experience. - Current BLS certification required. - CPI certification required. - Willingness to float to Inpatient Adult Behavioral Health and Detox units. - Applicants must be prepared to demonstrate competency in restraints and seclusion practices as needed. **Shift Information:** - Night shifts: 7 PM - 7 AM - Holiday coverage required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
