Job Title: Psychiatric Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Psychiatric Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Day Hours per Shift: 07:00-15:30 Experience: Previous pediatric psych experience, phlebotomy experience License: NH or Compact RN License Certifications: BLS, CPI Must-Have: Willingness to work with pediatric patient population, perform blood draws on pediatric/adolescent population Description: Psych RN needed for ASAP start. This is a pediatric/adolescent psychiatric facility. Traveler must be aware and willing to work with a pediatric patient population. Performs general or specialized nursing duties under the direction of the Nurse Manager in the care and treatment of residents. Utilizes the nursing process to perform the duties of staff nurse in terms of administration of medication and medical treatment. Comprehensive treatment planning is done with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Upholds the vision and mission of the agency through the utilization of the Practice Model theories, beliefs, and principles in daily practice.
