JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for nursing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and clinical excellence across nursing services.

POSITION DETAILS

End Date: 28 September 2026

SHIFT DETAILS

Shift Time: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Day Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Pay Rate: $59.40 - $69.30 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License preferred
Previous Director of Nursing or Nursing Leadership experience
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required
Monday through Friday schedule
Provide leadership and oversight of nursing staff and clinical operations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
Monitor patient care standards and clinical outcomes
Support recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management of nursing personnel
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote operational efficiency and exceptional patient care
Maintain accurate records, reports, and regulatory documentation
Contract assignment offering leadership experience and organizational impact
