Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Director of Nursing (DON) for a 9-week assignment in Sistersville, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and oversight for nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily nursing operations.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
