**Join Our Dynamic Behavioral Health Team as a RN!** - **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health - **Shift:** 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - **Location:** Valley Springs, Holyoke, MA - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 40 - **Weekend Hours:** Every Other/As Needed **About the Role:** - Engage with a diverse patient population, including geriatrics, pediatrics (ages 5-17), and adults. - Work in a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 1:8 (lower for geri and pedi). - Participate in a collaborative and dynamic team environment under the supervision of Shift Supervisor & Caitlin Dunn, CNO. **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 104 across five units (adult, child, geri) - **EHR System:** Cerner **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care in an inpatient psychiatric setting. - Utilize your expertise in managing common diagnoses such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety. - Float among units as needed to support the team. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in a Behavioral Health environment. - Required Certifications: BLS, HWC. - Must possess a valid RN license for the state of Massachusetts. - Must be willing to care for both adult and pediatric patients. **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Blue **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
