Key Responsibilities of the RN - Psychiatric - Travel- Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Participate actively in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives

- Practice within the scope outlined in the Nurse Practice Act
- Advocate for patients and families to ensure positive care outcomes
- Document changes and patient responses accurately
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Complete assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Demonstrate clinical competency and interpret physicians' orders accurately
- Evaluate patient outcomes and ensure safety compliance
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
Requirements of the RN - Psychiatric - Travel- Active MA license
- 2+ years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- BLS-AHA certification required
