As the Nurse, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating patient care and clinical supervision of support staff.
You will assess patient health problems and needs, develop, and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Supervision is based on standard medical orders from the physician.
Responsible for his/her nursing actions. You will receive limited supervision and work is reviewed for general adequacy in judgment and conformance with policy
