Gross Weekly Travel Rate: $1,771

Required Skills:

• Active state or multi-state RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1+ years of behavioral health nursing experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (experience with Cerner preferred)
• Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, including every other weekend shifts

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SAMA assessments
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Licensed RN with foundational training in behavioral health nursing
• Prior experience in psychiatric or mental health care environments

Additional Requirements:

• Active AR state or multistate license
• Ability to work day shifts from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm
• Willingness to complete facility-specific training if needed
• No guarantee of holiday RTO; flexibility is appreciated

• Physical ability to perform nursing duties in a busy clinical environment
