RN – Psych (Days) / 1–2+ yrs Behavioral Health or inpatient psych exp required / BLS req, ACLS preferred / 12-hr days (7a–7p), 36 hrs/week, EOW, no call / 104-bed facility (adult, geri, pedi units), ratios ~1:8 (lower for geri/peds) / Must be comfortable with all age groups / Common cases: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, substance abuse / Duties: assessments, care planning, crisis intervention, med admin, discharge planning / Cerner EMR / Float across units / Blue scrubs / 13-week contract / Auto-offer potential / Fast-moving role
