• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,820 - $1,920
• Work Environment: Brand new facility with onsite pharmacy support and electronic health records in Epic

Job Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent behavioral health nursing or psychiatric nursing experience
• Experience in a psychiatric or inpatient mental health setting where restraints may be used
• Strong de-escalation skills and a patient-first approach to safety
• Ability to care for adults and geriatric patients; adolescent behavioral health experience is a plus
• Comfortable with Epic charting and working in a structured acute inpatient environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to individuals with mental health and behavioral health needs
• Support patients experiencing substance use, addiction, and co-occurring behavioral health challenges
• Monitor patient status, assess safety needs, and respond appropriately in a fast-paced psychiatric setting
• Assist with restraint-related documentation and help maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote stabilization and recovery
• Use de-escalation techniques and follow established behavioral health protocols
• Provide reliable care during overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as assigned
