Total Weekly Gross: $2,190.80
Required Skills:
Valid RN license (or LPN license, if applicable) with active compact licensing.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a hospital setting.
Proven expertise in behavioral health treatment and therapeutic group facilitation.
Current BLS certification
CPI certification
Demonstrated ability to manage patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:8.
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.
Outgoing personality with compassionate communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Expanses.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Experience with behavioral health interventions and patient engagement.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse license with at least 2 years of recent hospital experience, ideally with a background in mental health services.
Prior experience working in a locked behavioral health unit.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts in a 13-week travel assignment.
Willingness to work every other weekend and participate in on-call rotations if required.
Must be comfortable sitting throughout the facility and engaging with patients in a secure, regulated environment.
Scrubs or business casual attire permitted.
